AS Usual like students the advocates will be observing strike and will boycotting the court work. There strike and boycotting work is always successful. The reason is that in such case they get the work of bail and injunction done because such work is like cash crop and they would not as a general rule avoid doing. Boycotting means not to work in cases in which mind is to be applied, homework and performance is required. Unfortunately it is also true that in this regard the State Bar Counsels and the Bar Counsel of India also plays a negative role.
This time the purpose of strike is those who wish to join Bar have to face music of formal examination. The candidates will be permitted to have books at the examination centers also. Examination fees are certainly very high. Presently such examination is being conducted for advocates who wish to practice in Supreme Court. Such examination is also a farce. Now again a farce has started for departmental examinations where rampant corruption has resulted from such system of which no one and in particular the Supreme Court and High Courts have taken notice of it. Due to this corrupt system there was a strike by advocates in Rajasthan. Even the M.P. High Court has not earned good reputation in this behalf.
By conducting such examination nothing fruitful will be achieved. The reality is that the foundation of the judiciary is too weak. The law colleges are functioning most inefficiently. Like other faculties here teachers and advocates who teaches students have no depth in judicial work and theory. Examinations are just formalities. The papers are leaked and examination of answer books is also done prejudicially and is coupled with corrupt means also. For competitive examinations grants are given to the colleagues but it is certainly misused and grabbed by few persons.
The procedural law like Code of Criminal and Civil Procedure and want of quality training is the main root of delay in disposing of the cases in courts. The standard of higher judiciary is also not ‘much’ better than that of district judiciary. To save its face the higher judiciary and advocates abuse the lower judiciary for inefficiency and corruption. The politicians also make hue and cry over corruption in judiciary. But the reality is that the politicians, advocates and higher judiciary to save them self from their corrupt activities make such inflated allegation to lower down the moral of judiciary and to divert the attention of the public from political corruption and corruption by politicians. A section of persons from judicial field and politicians yelp and chew over it. In fact corruption is not a major problem in judiciary. Those who are corrupt are known corrupt. The real problem is lack of vigorous and effective training and want of habit of reading, studying law and files by judges and advocates too. This is true with any rung in the hierarchy of judges and advocates.
. Least said is better about advocates as a class. About 7o percent judges of higher judiciary come from such class. They substantially lack in procedural and substantive law. There most of the work is just guess work and based on surmises and conjuncture. Neither they can speak fluently in English or in local language nor in particular Hindi.The judges do not dare to speak about this reality but always give sermons to lower judiciary as if they are responsible for such incompetence and corruption.
I am saying all these things as a layman or reacting reader on every subject but I have about 45 years field experience in every nook and corner of the branches in the field and not as a layman or reacting reader on every subject.

Now it is just mythical only. We can read them either in children’s books or weekly kid magazines if the editors of such magazines know something about it. Now it is Kali Yug and we need not remember them but Rahul and Sonia only. If Congress in Maharashtra can collect money by all illegal means party and its head has no objection but if RSS is alleged to have collected money from SIMI the Congress starts propaganda but so far as Congress is concerned it keeps mum when its own leaders expos the party. Sonia Gandhi has no objection to visit Verdha even after such expose. But it was Kalmadi who was kept away by the Prime Minister when he meets the Indian winners in CWG though he was main organisar. Lalit Modi’s passport can be seized. Why so? But the Union Minister Raja cannot be kept away though it is alleged that he has swallowed 600 hundred corers of rupees. This is because Kalmadi and Lalit Mody has no nuisance value but if Raja is kept away the Union Government will collapse like playing cards castle. Kalmadi was kept away merely it was alleged by the media that Kalmadi has hand in corrupt activities relating to CWG.What a wonderous act. Was not a Double standard game? Will Congress ever express what happened in Karnataka with black money in purchasing MLAs? What was the role of the Governor of the state? The Governor has simply committed that he is only committed to Nehru family Was that office of Governor to show such commitment ?

Few days back in a book to be published the then U.S.Amabassador to India Daniel Patrick Moynihan has alleged that during the regime of Indira Gandhi the then U.S Secretary of the State. Henri Kissinger had visited her and provided money to her as U.S.Wanted Indira to remain in power. This is absolutely not sensational news to the Indians. People as a whole know the general character of the party and its members. A well-organized gang of dacoits is what can be defined in brief. Without giving importance to one of the leaders of the party who says RSS is getting funds from Pakistani secrete agency ISI. Let his statement be true! If it is reality we will like to welcome such fact. Who do not want funds? It is certainly not the monopoly of the Congress to grab such funds. He supports Rahul and says RSS and SIMI are two faces of one coin. Why should not be so? What is the harm if RSS pays SIMI in the same coin? Certainly Congress cannot encounter the members of SIMI due to policy of appeasement with one section of a community. It is better that at least RSS is able to encounter the terrorist activities of SIMI. On the contrary that leader should try to make huge funds available to RSS so that it may increase its activities to encounter in more effective manner.
What is reality is Congress leaders were caught ‘red mouthed’ about the Chanda collected by the Maharashtra CM and Congress Ministers for Sonia Gandhi’s rally to be organized by Congress in Vardha.The amount collected is in crorers of rupees. That Congress leader who is always busy to allege against RSS should explain from whom such Chanda is always collected and why? Certainly these are the business and industries group who pay such type of so called donation that is Jabaria Chanda.Thease organization then without fear of law and criminal involvement evade taxes and also gets quota, permits and so many facilities at the cost of exchequer that is the money of the general public. Thus general public is forced to collect Chanda for such hopeless and Jabaria leaders’ rallies. Such business houses and industrial organizations cannot be separated from the terrorists. What the general public gets through such rallies? Nothing but burden of taxes. Another question is the puppets and pawns are forcibly collected at the meetings and the main aim is to organize vote back through such huge Chanda. Such type of non-sense should be stopped. Our character has become hypocrite attitude and this attitude is because of our genes of slavery are yet in existence and the Congress party also holds the same genes of slavery as it could not find any leader other than dynast from dynasty.

After independence the next leader was Jawaharlal Nehru who was another only great hero of the nation and thereafter only Nehru-Indira Gandhi were and their dynasts are very, very and very great leaders in the country and no other can take their place in showing loyalty to the nation. It is also demonstrated that the diplomatic qualities, statesman ship and qualities of administration lies only with the dynasty and to no one else. Even on currency notes, coins, postal tickets, their pictures are depicted or engraved. Government properties, roads, and other features are named after these persons only by Congress govt.
Since I live in Dashahara Maidan, Ujjain where his programme was arranged, I have seen how tight security and meeting arrangements were made for him. Virtually curfew was claimed for general public right from Circuit house to anywhere he went. It was an expenditure of not less than several lacks of rupees by the government on his programme a burden on public exchequer. How ever he him self has no such additional or exceptional caliber to claim or for people to praise. Otherwise he is just a General Secretary of Congress party but since he belongs to dynasty he is being given such VVIP treatment with Z+ security. Else there is no one to give any heed to him or to his statements.
During his visit to M.P. at Tikamgarh he equated RSS with Muslim organization SIMI which a banned organization. This shows his hollowness and emptiness of study of Indian History and history of RSS. General public also can allege that Congress party is warp and weft of the Congress workers with terrorists, maoists, naxalists, blackmarketars, corrupt people and appeasement policy. Like a most timid leader in a party he also speaks in the same style having no face and base value but being Gandhi undue importance is given to his statements as if he is the defacto leader of the nation. This is the constraint of the media because it has also to live on the aid of the govt. and in particular of the ruling party. During the meeting at Dashahara Maidan session meant for Schedule Cast workers he could not answer to some questions and answered some other questions in an evasive manner. Since he is son of Nehru Pariwar he has to be Prime Minister. He should and he would be so but it will be most unfortunate for India to have such incompetent person to be so. But it is the history that always repeats. He says and asks to Congress party workers not to be flatterers and shoe lickers of any one but his activities shows that he likes these all for himself. Unfortunately in Congress one will find rooks, knight, bishop queen and king only from the Parivar the dynasty and rest are all pawns (a Chiller party) on chessboard of the nation. Is not true that Like Mughals and Britishers this Parivar is also a ruler of so called independent India?

I was stunned to read that the BJP has decided not to send Varun Gandhi and Narendra Modi in Bihar election arena. Why? It is said that Nitish kumar would not like them to participate there. Why? The reason is very simple. It is Muslim votes that Nitish Kumar expects for his party. Be sure Muslims would not vote as there mentality is quite different. It is always presumed that Narendra Modi and Varun Gandhi are anti Muslims. If it is a fact why BJP should not remove them from the party. For BJP it is power and not persons of principles and persons of non-secular attitude are important. In fact there is nothing to surprise if the BJP loses its ground in Bihar too. It appears that for BJP Nitish Kumar is important and not the stalwarts in the party having any moral value. Shatrughana Sinha BJP parliamentarian has also been ignored in his own state by BJP. Why for? Let BJP explain.
On one side Rahul Gandhi is successfully making good his and his young friend leaders ground in party and on the other hand BJP is dumping its young blood as if it is rubbish or sweepings. The burning example is recent appointments by BJP led M.P.Govt which has appointed rotten and outdated old flolloersless leaders as chairmen or presidents of different Corporations or Authorities. None of them is good for any purpose.
Why IIT and MBA young blood persons cannot be so appointed who can well manage the said organizations and can earn profits from such organization for government. Like Congress BJP is also overburdened with such old and outdated type of leaders who do not want to work for party but want to “serve” the people! That is to serve them only and earn lot of white and black money. In fact such persons deserves to be raided by the investigating agencies.
